CRB Spring 2025 Youth Mentor Application

Please complete this application to sign up to be a Youth Mentor with Community Reading Buddies this winter/spring. Our spring program will run from 1/27/25 to 3/20/25, with sessions taking place on Mondays & Wednesdays and/or Tuesdays & Thursdays. Mandatory training will take place the week of 1/21/2025.

Note that to be a Youth Mentor, you must be a 7th–12th grade student in the Bay Area and be able to commit to two sessions per week for the eight-week session.
